License Agreement, Disclaimer of Warranty

By using the Software, in whole or in part, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not fully agree to or clearly understand all the terms of

this Agreement, remove the Software and all its accompanying files from your machine and any archival device and discard any file and/or media you might

have, which supported its distribution.

1. Limited License
The Author, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software under the following conditions:

Free, unregistered version

This Software is freely usable. It never expires.

Registered version
==================
Payment of a single license fee entitles the Licensee (and only she/he) to use the Software. The Licensee is solely responsible for the use he/she makes of this

Software, including the use of timing options.

When the Software is installed on a FILE SERVER FOR USE ON A NETWORK BY MULTIPLE USERS, the licensee must request and pay for as many

licenses as the number of users authorized to run the Software through the network.

2. Distribution

Small scale distribution:

You can freely distribute the unregistered version of the Program under its archive form (Zip) as downloaded from our Web site or other authorized remote

sites. You are not allowed to modify any file contained in the archive.

Large scale distribution (Web sites, CD, Magazines etc.)

In order for us to keep track, to provide you with the latest version and to get ready to offer reliable support to users, please contact us prior to:

- including the Program on any support distributed by itself, bundled with a magazine, other software package etc.

- Mass distributing the Program by any other means.

3. Restrictions

You shall not:

- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, translate, modify, etc. any part or any component of the Software in any manner and for any purpose. This also

applies to non-binary and non encrypted files shipped with the Program.

- remove or obscure the Author's proprietary notices, copyright, trademark or legends contained within the Software itself or in any of its accompanying files.

- communicate to anyone or make publicly available registration codes and keys, registered versions or any other scheme that would fake legal registration,

such permitting unlimited use of the Software.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY (All versions)
